Order Agent uses simple monthly packages per store. Pricing is based on included agent minutes, not unlimited calls.

## Langolo Beta

- Price: 0 EUR for the first beta test month
- Limit: up to 300 agent minutes or fixed test windows
- Mode: shadow or supervised
- Autopilot: off
- End: stop, short documented extension, or switch to a paid minutes package

## Start

- Price: 99 EUR/month
- Included usage: 300 agent minutes/month
- Extra usage: 0.29 EUR per additional agent minute
- Best for: small test windows and low call volume
- Features: 300 agent minutes included, For small test windows, Hard cost cap available

## Standard

- Price: 199 EUR/month
- Included usage: 800 agent minutes/month
- Extra usage: 0.24 EUR per additional agent minute
- Best for: normal rush-hour call volume
- Features: 800 agent minutes included, For normal rush hours, Team approval and human handoff

## High Volume

- Price: 399 EUR/month
- Included usage: 2000 agent minutes/month
- Extra usage: 0.19 EUR per additional agent minute
- Best for: high phone volume and multiple rush periods
- Features: 2,000 agent minutes included, For high phone volume, Monthly operator report

## Operating limits

- The team can take over when the assistant is uncertain.
- Real store operation starts only after tenant dossier, legal/privacy approval, tested phone routing, and tested POS or WinOrder handoff.
- A hard monthly cost cap can be agreed for each store.
